Fantasia has said on more than 1 occasion that she is committed to “Keeping it ‘hood”. But isn’t part of being “FROM ‘da ”hood” mean that you want to get out of the ‘hood, so you can have something better than the ‘hood offers?

If so, why on earth would you still want to act like you still in ‘da ‘hood?

Now, I know a lot of you like/love Fantasia Barrino. Ok. Got it. But I STILL say she made a deal with the Devil for fame and fortune.

1. Yes, she can sing good. So what? So can a lot of other women. And MUCH better than her.

2. She’s ugly (There’s a REASON why she was cast in the role of “Miss Celie” in The Color Purple, folks).

3. She’s goofy.

4. What the h*ll kind of name is “Barrino” for a Black person?
