Minnie Driver is cute to me and she was good in Good Will Hunting, Grosse Point Blank, and the cable series The Riches.
Interesting how more celebrities are having children later in life.
“Continuing the 2008 celebrity baby boom; Minnie Driver confirmed reports she is expecting her first child during an interview on US TV.
The Good Will Hunting star sparked rumours of a pregnancy after she was photographed leaving a Los Angeles clinic last month. The 38-year-old was forced to admit the news on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Thursday night after Leno commented she had gained weight. Asked by the host if she was pregnant, Driver replied, “Yes, I am.”
The star told Leno she loves being pregnant “more than anything else,” but did not like morning sickness. She adds, “I don’t know why they call it morning sickness. I am sick morning, noon and night, but it’s a fair trade-off.”
Driver did not say who the father was.” – Hat tip to SaysWhoLive(.)com

This old hag really thinks she can bully and bamboozle folks into thinking that the racist comments she has made about Senator Obama are ok. This is what this dizzy, senile old broad has said now:
“Any time anybody does anything that in any way pulls this campaign down and says, ‘Let’s address reality and the problems we’re facing in this world,’ you’re accused of being racist, so you have to shut up,” she told the Daily Breeze of Torrance, California. “Racism works in two different directions. I really think they’re attacking me because I’m white. How’s that?”
Well dumbass, let’s review:
1. No one on Senator Obama’s team spoke about you before you made your comments. Most people probably thought you were dead anyway.
2. No one has referred to the fact that you are white in any negative way…until you spouted YOUR racist venom. YOU started it.
3. No one is attacking you. It’s not an attack to point out stupid racist comments.
4. You’re angry because your 1950’s views on race are not being overlooked or tolerated.
5. Everyone has been reminded now that there are still lots of ridiculous dinosaurs like you still left in this country who hate the fact that a Black man is on the path to obtaining this nation’s highest political office…..and it KILLS you to have to watch it.
Geraldine Ferraro, you and those who think like you are pathetic. Even Hillary herself has sense enough to apologise for the likes of you. You should get a clue and realize that you are simply wrong.

NEVER let it be said that I do not give credit where credit is due.
Hillary has officially apologized for the racist comments made by her husband Bill Clinton and others like Geraldine Ferraro.
Yes, it was done because of the PRESSURE she and her campaign team were under. But, quite frankly, THAT is what it takes for white supremacists to understand that they cannot denigrate Black folks with impunity.
My SINCERE hope is that we CAN move towards Dr. Martin Luther King’s dream that ALL people will be judged based upon the content of their CHARACTER and not simply based upon their race/skin color.
I know it took a LOT for her to make this public apology. I DO commend her for it.
NOW….Let’s see if she continues on this path of enlightenment, and that the OTHER RACISTS follow this example (Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, Shawn Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun Times, et al….I’m looking at yooooouuu!)
Oh, and by the way, this in no way diminishes the fact that SENATOR OBAMA IS STILL THE BEST PERSON FOR THE JOB OF PRESIDENT.
Major HISTORY is being made this election cycle folks. Which side will YOU be on?
Peace.

Just wait. You’re going to see this family in the same pose in front of the White House. Believe that. I don’t care what kind of stupid stunts Hillary Clinton and her racist political supporters try to pull.
When a Black man wins the whitest of the states by landslides (Idaho, New Hampshire, Vermont, Wyoming …and you can’t get no whiter than those.), that shows you just how sick people are of crooks like the Bushes and Clintons fu*king up this country. H*ll, even Mississippi has joined the bandwagon. Missis-flippin’-sippi y’all!!!
Only an idiot would vote against Barack Obama.

You have not seen fine until you have seen Vanessa Williams up close in real life. They got that right having HER at the “March of Dimes” event. She’s a dime if there ever was one.
Plus, she can sing AND she’s no dummy (She went to Syracuse University on scholarship).
Why did I post this? ‘Cause I’m a heterosexual man.
That’s why!
PS… Rick Fox is an idiot for letting this go.

“Since OJ wore Isotoners….Since Prince was on Appolonia….” – Kanye West’s Stronger
Wow. This IS a blast from the past. If any of you guys are old enough to remember when the Purple Rain movie was in theaters, you’ll remember Apollonia Kotero who was Prince’s love interest in the movie and for a while in real life.
She looks good!

I actually don’t mind people who are openly racist. At least you know from the outset where they stand.
The kind of people I can’t stand are racist cowards, male or female, who express latent racist feelings by making blatently racist statements and then backpedal and claim that “I’m not a racist!”
That weak sh*t makes me ill.
Geraldine Ferraro, former Vice Presidential candidate, and who was most recently serving on Hillary Clinton’s campaign finance committee as “Honorary New York Leadership Council Chair” made the statement that U.S. Senator and Democratic Presidential Nominee Candidate Barack Obama “wouldn’t be succeeding in the presidential race if he weren’t black.”
Ok, if the delineation of race had nothing to do with her viewpoint on Senator Obama’s campaign, why was it necessary to mention it?
Oh yeah…that’s right, we are supposed to be too stupid to realize that the bit*h made it as a racist statement. The problem is that she did not intend for it to become as incendiary as it did.
Oh yeah #2…Hillary Clinton STILL has not formally denounced the statement.
And some of you STILL think the Clintons aren’t closet racists. Actually they are the WORST kind. The kind that love Black people…. as long as they can use them to retain power and influence.
Ya’ll better wake up and see these folks for what they are.

Now, I know a lot of you like/love Fantasia Barrino. Ok. Got it. But I STILL say she made a deal with the Devil for fame and fortune.
1. Yes, she can sing good. So what? So can a lot of other women. And MUCH better than her.
2. She’s ugly (There’s a REASON why she was cast in the role of “Miss Celie” in The Color Purple, folks).

3. She’s goofy.
(remember this?)
4. What the h*ll kind of name is “Barrino” for a Black person?
That little hand gesture in the top photo didn’t escape the Kid either.
Enjoy it now Fantasia, ’cause it’s gonna be hot where you’re going baby!

I give respect to any Black person who has achieved a certain level of position because I KNOW the issues that they have had to deal with on their way up. Being Black is hard enough, but being BLIND too? You get BIG ups from me Governor Paterson!
From Wikipedia:
“David Alexander Paterson (born May 20, 1954) is an American politician and the current Lieutenant Governor of New York. He is the first African American and the first legally blind person to hold this position. He was selected as running mate by New York Attorney General and Democratic Party nominee Eliot Spitzer in the 2006 New York gubernatorial election.[1] News reports indicated that Governor Spitzer could resign as soon as the morning of March 12, 2008,leading media outlets to speculate that Paterson could become the first African American Governor of New York and the first legally blind governor in the nation.”
Kudos.

It never ceases to make me laugh when people say how much Mississippi has “changed”. Bullsh*t. Them mofos down there are still living in the 1950’s when it comes to race. Believe that.
The Associated Press reports:
“Whites largely shunned Barack Obama in Mississippi’s Democratic presidential primary on Tuesday as the Deep South showed once again its reluctance to embrace him across racial lines. While 92 percent of blacks lined up behind the Illinois senator, 70 percent of whites supported Hillary Rodham Clinton, according to an exit poll of voters conducted for The Associated Press and the television networks. Only next door in Alabama and in Arkansas, where she was first lady when husband Bill Clinton was governor, has she had a wider margin among whites, while his black support has been stronger only in his home state. That made Mississippi’s voting one of the year’s most racially divided contests.”
Excuse me but… Who was expecting anything different?
